■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely retaining the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system adopted offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel tubing). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before undergoing a high-quality plating process, providing both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer produces a unique, exhilarating racing sound. Its fully double-layered internal structure achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under severe operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so they must be purchased separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted from the factory new condition.
