■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system adopted suppresses exhaust interference characteristic of 4-cylinder engines, and in synergy with the precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
Furthermore, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold play a crucial role in creating a sensual and refined exhaust note.
STKM11A (carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes), which offers superior tensile strength and fatigue resistance, is selected as the material.
Each component undergoes a precise polishing process by skilled craftsmen, followed by multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both exceptional aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Moreover, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the included RPM-manufactured free flange (exhaust holder).
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to purchase them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume and back pressure cannot be adjusted in the new factory-shipped state.
