■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handmade processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE, without making significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, which was manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines, and in synergy with the precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all rotational speeds.
Furthermore, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold section play an important role in creating a sensuous and refined exhaust note.
STKM11A (carbon steel tube for machine structural purposes), which has excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance, was selected as the material.
Each component part, having undergone precise polishing by skilled craftsmen, is given multi-layered plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both outstanding aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound, has a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
Three types of materials are available for the outer cover material:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of 5 parts in total: "4 front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "1 tail ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume and back pressure adjustments are not possible in the new factory-shipped state.
