■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous manual processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system suppresses exhaust interference unique to 4-cylinder engines and, through a synergistic effect with precise exhaust port design, achieves excellent exhaust efficiency across all RPM ranges.
Furthermore, its unique pipe length and optimized manifold section play a crucial role in creating a sensuous and refined exhaust note.
The material selected is STKM11A (carbon steel tube for machine structural purposes), which offers excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Each component, having undergone intricate polishing by skilled craftsmen, is then subjected to multi-layer plating using advanced surface treatment technology, achieving both exceptional aesthetics and long-term weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67x300 silencer, which produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effectiveness with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Moreover, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material comes in the following three types:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tail ASSY (from the manifold section including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the included RPM free flange (exhaust holder) is used.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
●Silencer Structure Requirements
Sound volume and back pressure adjustment are not possible in the new product shipping state.
