■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the external appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely retaining the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
Features a proprietary 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system.
This system offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than the 4-in-1 manifold system in 4-cylinder engines and plays a vital role in producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures), precisely bent and meticulously assembled one by one using mass production jigs developed in-house.
The surface treatment involves buffing by specialized staff, followed by a luxurious three-layer plating of copper, nickel, and decorative chrome.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 silencer achieves maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance by having a complete dual-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, this lightweight and compact silencer boasts high rigidity, excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions, and contributes to the beautiful overall silhouette of the motorcycle when installed.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a low-pitched sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:

・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold section)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold section, including the silencer)."
