■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous hand-craftsmanship involving approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, and largely preserving the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
Adopts a 4in2in1 manifold system, for which we independently developed the manufacturing method.
For a 4-cylinder engine, this system offers greater exhaust synergy than a 4in1 manifold system and plays a crucial role in producing a high-quality sound.
Made from steel (STKM11A mechanical structure carbon steel pipe), it is precision bent and carefully assembled one by one using mass production jigs created in-house.
The surface treatment undergoes buffing by specialized staff, followed by a luxurious three-layer plating of copper, nickel, and decorative chrome.
●Silencer
The stylish φ67×300 silencer achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, this lightweight and compact silencer possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. Another feature is its ability to enhance the overall silhouette of the vehicle when installed.
Inheriting the internal structure of the silencer used in the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:

・Stainless steel SUS304/mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the manifold including the silencer)."
