■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, retaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely maintaining the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4-in-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines and greatly contributes to the production of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen and then subjected to high-quality plating to provide high aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material comes in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum Alloy A6063S
・Stainless Steel SUS304/Mirror Finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the manifold including the silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
