■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous handcrafting spanning approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE, without significant changes to the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers higher exhaust synergy than a 4-into-1 manifold system in 4-cylinder engines and contributes significantly to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for mechanical structures). Each part is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment to achieve excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by using a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tailpipe assembly (from the collector to and including the silencer)."
●Installation Status
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to purchase them separately.
