■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through meticulous hand-making processes, numbering approximately 300 steps, and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, maintaining the external appearance and the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality, largely unchanged from the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, and then a high-quality plating treatment is applied, providing both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer features a complete double-layer internal structure, which achieves maximum sound deadening with minimum exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity, offering excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. It also has the characteristic of enhancing the overall silhouette when mounted on the vehicle.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep bass sound at low RPMs and a uniquely exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304/Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270

This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of three parts: two front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector) and one tail ASSY (from the collector to and including the silencer).
