■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely retaining the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen before being given a high-quality plating treatment, providing both high aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer has a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum sound deadening with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions. It also features a design that enhances the overall silhouette of the vehicle when installed.
Inheriting the internal silencer structure of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE, it produces a deep sound at low RPMs and a unique, exhilarating racing sound at high RPMs.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of three parts: "two front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector, including the silencer)."
