■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from approximately 300 meticulous hand-made processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989 and largely retaining the internal structure of the silencer, which is essential for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4in2in1 manifold system provides a higher exhaust synergistic effect in 4-cylinder engines than the 4in1 manifold system, and greatly contributes to the production of high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipes for machine structural purposes). Each part is carefully polished by craftsmen and then given high-quality plating treatment, providing excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a uniquely exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover
The outer cover material is available in the following three types of materials:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Structure
This is a full exhaust system consisting of five parts in total: "four front exhausts (from engine to manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from manifold including silencer)."
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product is used.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
