■Product Description
RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system created through approximately 300 meticulous handcrafting processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It was launched in 1998 as an original muffler brand, a replica model of the F-TYPE, without significant changes to the appearance of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, or to the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-in-2-in-1 manifold system provides higher exhaust synergistic effects for 4-cylinder engines compared to a 4-in-1 manifold system, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each component is carefully polished by skilled craftsmen, then given a high-quality plating treatment, providing both excellent aesthetics and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 sized silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing effect with minimum exhaust resistance by having a complete double-layer internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations caused by harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover
The outer cover material comes in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhausts (from the engine to the manifold)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (including the silencer from the manifold)."
●Mounting Condition
It is fixed to the vehicle body at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When attaching to the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
*Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
