■ Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafted processes (approximately 300 steps) and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, maintaining the exterior of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE (manufactured until 1989) and the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, without significant changes.

■ Detailed Description
● Exhaust Pipe
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each component is carefully polished by skilled artisans, then subjected to high-quality plating to provide superior aesthetics and weather resistance.
● Silencer
The φ67×300 silencer, which produces a unique and exhilarating racing sound, has a complete double-layer internal structure, achieving maximum silencing effect with minimal exhaust resistance.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
The outer cover material is available in the following three types:
・ Aluminum alloy A6063S
・ Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・ Titanium TP270
● Component Configuration
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of three parts in total: "two front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector section)" and "one tail ASSY (from the collector section including the silencer)".
● Installation State
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
* Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
