■Product Description
The RPM-67Racing is an exhaust system born from meticulous handcrafting through approximately 300 processes and TQC (Total Quality Control). It is an original muffler brand launched in 1998 as a replica model of the F-TYPE, maintaining the external appearance and the internal structure of the silencer, which is crucial for sound quality, of the RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE manufactured until 1989, with no significant changes.

■Detailed Description
●Exhaust Pipe
The adopted 4-into-2-into-1 manifold system offers a higher exhaust synergy effect than a 4-into-1 manifold system for 4-cylinder engines, and significantly contributes to producing a high-quality sound.
The material used is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for mechanical structures). Each component is meticulously polished by artisans and then undergoes a high-quality plating process, providing both aesthetic appeal and weather resistance.
●Silencer
The φ67×300 size silencer, which produces an unparalleled exhilarating racing sound, achieves maximum silencing with minimal exhaust resistance by having a completely double-layered internal structure.
Furthermore, its lightweight and compact body possesses high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibrations under harsh operating conditions.
●Silencer Outer Cover Lineup
The outer cover materials are available in the following three types:
・Aluminum alloy A6063S
・Stainless steel SUS304 / Mirror finish
・Titanium TP270
●Component Parts
This is a full exhaust muffler consisting of a total of five parts: "four front exhaust pipes (from the engine to the collector)" and "one tailpipe ASSY (from the collector including the silencer)".
●Installation
It is fixed to the vehicle at two points: the engine exhaust port and the tail stay.
When installing at the engine exhaust port, use the free flange (exhaust holder) included with this product.
※Exhaust gaskets are not included, so you will need to prepare them separately.
