The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and after pursuing the best back pressure setting by conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments, the product is commercialized.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, more than 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which became the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
Improved driving performance is achieved simply by replacing the standard exhaust.
