Included accessories: Exhaust gasket. This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The product is commercialized only after thoroughly testing the volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipes, all while making millimeter-scale adjustments through actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to achieve the best back pressure setting.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel from any RPM range when the throttle is opened.
