Included accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec exhaust system equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. We conducted actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of the expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments. We then pursued the best back pressure settings before commercializing the product.
As a result of research conducted without being limited by development costs, we created over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers, which became the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand exhaust systems.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard exhaust system.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
