Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec exhaust system equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the internal diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments, and then actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were created, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand exhaust.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard exhaust.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
