Proximity exhaust noise level: 82db This is a high-spec exhaust equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments, and then actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted. Only after pursuing the best back pressure settings is the product commercialized.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard exhaust.
The torque characteristics are very manageable, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel at any RPM range when the throttle is opened.
