The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are modified in millimeter increments through actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to achieve the best back pressure settings before product commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard exhaust.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with excellent responsiveness, delivering powerful acceleration feel regardless of the RPM range from which the throttle is opened.
