Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression-expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed millimeter by millimeter, and actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted to pursue the best back pressure settings before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Improved driving performance was achieved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel when the throttle is opened from any RPM range.
