Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and by changing the volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipe connecting the bulkheads, and the inner diameter of the pipe in millimeter increments, we conduct actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercializing the product.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we created over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration no matter which RPM range you open the throttle from.
