The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the internal diameter of the pipes are changed millimeter by millimeter, and after conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting, the product is commercialized.
As a result of research conducted without being limited by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Performance improvement has been achieved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
