Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers. While making millimeter-level changes to the capacity of these expansion chambers, as well as the total length and inner diameter of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, we conducted actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we created over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers, which became the foundation for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
By simply replacing the standard muffler, we achieved improved driving performance.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
