Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers and the total length and internal diameter of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions are changed millimeter by millimeter while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to achieve the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1,000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which formed the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand muffler.
Simply by replacing it with a standard muffler, improved driving performance has been achieved.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide a powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
