Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. We conducted actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the bulkheads, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments. We then commercialized the product after pursuing the best back pressure settings.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we created over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very manageable, with excellent response, and powerful acceleration feel when the throttle is opened from any RPM range.
