Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipe connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipe are changed in millimeter increments while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Performance has been improved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and deliver powerful acceleration feel regardless of the engine speed at which the throttle is opened.
