Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. While making millimeter-level changes to the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes, actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Simply by replacing the standard muffler, improved driving performance has been achieved.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and deliver powerful acceleration feel no matter which rpm range the throttle is opened from.
