Accessories: Exhaust gasket. This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed millimeter by millimeter while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before productization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 types of silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Improved driving performance has been achieved simply by replacing it with a standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration no matter which RPM range the throttle is opened from.
