Proximity exhaust noise level: 89db This is a high-spec exhaust equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the bulkheads, and the inner diameter of the pipes are adjusted in millimeter increments through actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before product commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, which became the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing it with a standard exhaust.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and deliver powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
