Proximity exhaust noise level: 89db This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and after pursuing the best back pressure setting by conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of the expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipes down to the millimeter, it is then commercialized.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1,000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
