Proximity exhaust noise level: 89db This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and the product is commercialized after conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamo tests, and monitoring while changing the volume of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments, to pursue the best back pressure setting.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1,000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Improved driving performance has been achieved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel is demonstrated no matter which rpm range the throttle is opened from.
