Proximity exhaust noise level: 87dbThis is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipe connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipe are changed in millimeter increments during actual driving tests, chassis dyno tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before product commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were created, forming the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and deliver powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
