The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and the product is commercialized after pursuing the best back pressure setting by performing actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the internal diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel whenever the throttle is opened from any RPM range.
