The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the bulkheads, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed millimeter by millimeter, then subjected to actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure settings before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without regard to development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel when the throttle is opened from any RPM range.
