Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers and the total length and inner diameter of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions are changed millimeter by millimeter, and actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted. After pursuing the best back pressure setting, the product is commercialized.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1,000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
