Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression/expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments. Through actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring, we pursue the best back pressure settings before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1,000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel at any rpm range from which the throttle is opened.
