Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer.
The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers. The product is commercialized after thorough testing, including actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring, while making millimeter-scale adjustments to the capacity of the expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes, to achieve the optimal back pressure setting.
As a result of research conducted without regard to development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the foundation for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very manageable, with good response, and deliver powerful acceleration feel no matter which rpm range the throttle is opened from.
