Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the internal diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure settings before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being limited by development costs, more than 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Performance improvements were achieved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very manageable, responsive, and provide strong acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
