The silencer adopts our independently developed "RAPTOR".
It was developed after extensive time and cost were spent on all kinds of performance tests, including scooter races, public road use, and chassis dynamometers. *Performance tests: running performance, durability performance
Imported scooters require a corresponding level of durability because the engine speed at clutch engagement is higher than that of domestic scooters. This greatly affects the silencer, which is subjected to various stresses such as exhaust heat and vibration.
Our 80D-RAPTOR series uses a different silencer specification only for imported scooters.
To suppress the rise in the silencer surface temperature due to exhaust heat, a heat shield plate is installed inside the silencer, minimizing "burning" due to aging.
The exhaust pipe uses highly durable SUS304 stainless steel, and to prevent "cracking" of the welded parts due to vibration, different pipes are joined and welded using a unique method.
An O2 sensor holder is installed, so you can use the genuine sensor as is.
The silencer outer cover is available in three types: stainless steel, titanium, and blue titanium, so please choose your preferred material.
