The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the internal diameter of the pipes are adjusted in millimeter increments during actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to achieve the best back pressure setting before product commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with excellent response, and powerful acceleration feel at any rpm range from which the throttle is opened.
