The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeters, and then actual driving tests, chassis dynamo tests, and monitoring are conducted to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercializing the product.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
