Acceleration noise level: 76db This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers, and the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before product commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without regard to development costs, more than 1,000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel at any rpm range when the throttle is opened.
