Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipe connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipe are adjusted in millimeter increments. Real-world driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring are conducted to pursue the best back pressure settings before product commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without regard to development costs, over 1,000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were created, forming the basis for the 80D-RAPTOR brand muffler development.
Improved driving performance is achieved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel when opening the throttle from any RPM range.
