Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. The capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipe connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipe are changed in millimeter increments while conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure settings before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, more than 1,000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers have been produced, forming the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
Performance has been improved simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
