Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and by changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments, we conduct actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercializing the product.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 types of silencer concepts and over 300 types of prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and deliver a powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range you open the throttle from.
