The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and after conducting real-world driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipes in millimeter increments, the product is commercialized after pursuing the best back pressure setting.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, forming the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand exhaust systems.
We achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard exhaust system.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, responsive, and provide powerful acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
