Accessories: Exhaust gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers, and after conducting actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipes down to the millimeter, we pursue the best back pressure settings before commercializing the product.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we have produced over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance simply by replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel is exhibited regardless of the RPM range from which the throttle is opened.
