Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec muffler equipped with a multi-stage compression and expansion structure silencer.
The inside of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. While changing the capacity of these expansion chambers, as well as the total length and inner diameter of the bypass pipes connecting the partitions in millimeter increments, we conduct actual driving tests, chassis dynamo tests, and monitoring to pursue the best back pressure setting before commercializing the product.
As a result of research conducted without being constrained by development costs, we have created over 1000 silencer concepts and over 300 prototype silencers, which form the basis for the development of the 80D-RAPTOR brand mufflers.
We have achieved improved driving performance by simply replacing the standard muffler.
The torque characteristics are very easy to handle, with good response, and powerful acceleration feel when opening the throttle from any RPM range.
