Accessories: Exhaust Gasket This is a high-spec exhaust equipped with a multi-stage compression expansion silencer.
The silencer interior is divided into three expansion chambers. The volume of these chambers, the total length of the bypass pipes connecting the partition walls, and the inner diameter of the pipes are changed in millimeter increments, followed by actual driving tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring to pursue the optimal back pressure setting before commercialization.
As a result of research conducted without regard to development costs, over 1000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers were produced, which form the basis for the development of 80D-RAPTOR brand exhausts.
Improved driving performance was achieved simply by replacing the standard exhaust.
The torque characteristics are very manageable, responsive, and provide strong acceleration feel no matter what RPM range the throttle is opened from.
